I recently worked with Paul and Mario at this dealership. I can honestly say it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I was interested in the new Cadillac ATS. When I went into Herb Chambers Cadillac for a test drive Sabrina Taillon anticipated all my needs. she lined up a test drive in a car that had many of the same f into Herb Chambers Cadillac for a test drive Sabrina Taillon anticipated all my needs. she lined up a test drive in a car that had many of the same features as the BMW I was trading in and few more must haves. She was very knowledable about all the advanced technology in the car and made it all easy to understand. She showed my wife and I a number of different cars in stock, but she had done such a great job up-front that we bought the car we had test driven. She was also great getting the deal done and we drove home in our ATS the same day. Best of all she made the process fun and we were laughing the whole time. It wasn't anything like some of past experiences I've had with salesmen I couldn't wait to never see again. If you go to Herb Chambers ask for Sabrina -- smart, nice and very helpful after the sale. 5 stars in my book. More
