Salesman Miguel did an excellent job of keeping in touch in an non-aggressive way until I made my decision about what was the best vechile for my family. Showed great patience. The Manager Alex was excellen in an non-aggressive way until I made my decision about what was the best vechile for my family. Showed great patience. The Manager Alex was excellent in the process. Once my decision was made they both worked deligently and I signed the agreement at 10:00 am and drove my new Silverado home at 4:00 pm the same day.
