We came after 7pm on the last day of the month, which we later learned is the busiest day of the month, and within seconds of our arrival we were met by Albert Hajdaraj. We said we came to look at a car we saw online. Albert brought the car up for us to test drive, and made sure we drove over busy well lite streets and some neighborhood roads which were windy and darker so we would see how well the car handled. Once we went back to the showroom and looked over the amazingly clean interior, asked a few questions we knew this was the car for us. After some discussion we choose to do our financing through Herb Chambers. Albert walked us through every step of what needed to be done and explained any wait times that occurred- last day of the month so a few customers were ahead of us- we left the dealership at 11:30 pm, Albert stayed until he knew we were all set.Then he came in on his day off to be sure the paperwork was all set before we drove down to pick up the car. Albert never pressured us towards purchasing the car, or taking financing from Herb Chambers. He was very knowledgeable about both the car and the reasons to consider changing our financing plans. The only frustration we encountered at this dealership was their "5-day no-questions-asked return policy" which begins the day you sign the paperwork, not when you actually take possession of the vehicle. We had signed the paperwork on a Saturday, and by the time the "paperwork" was completed, it was already Wednesday and our 5 days was up! That said, we do love our new car and it was certainly one of the better experiences we've ever had at a car dealership. We would definitely recommend this dealership. More
