I was in town visiting family and old friends and my car was giving me problems i came into the dealership so my car could get serviced and I was helped immediately and they even gave my puppy some water wh was giving me problems i came into the dealership so my car could get serviced and I was helped immediately and they even gave my puppy some water while I waited , very fast and friendly service . I have been to many dealers and bought alot of vehicles but this by far the first time I have ever walked away completely satisfied. This was the best experiance I could have imagined. I had brought my civic to my local dealer for a oil change and a tire rotation and had a bad experiance. They had told me my car would be done in a hour and after 90 minutes I asked what was going on and I found out they hadn't even started my oil change yet! My mother has been bringing her car to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough for the last year or so and told me I should bring it in there next time and I am glad I did. Mike was very nice and made me feel comfortable. They also did not try to sell me things I think I did not need. I'm glad I took a extra ten minutes to drive to westborough. More

I was searching for an accessory for my crv. I tried another dealer first but was not able to locate the part for 2 wks. I was complaining to a friend who suggested Herb Chambers. Hi, I just wanted to thank Richard Murray, the service manager at Herb Chambers Honda Westborough. I had an issue with my vehicle that I had brought to a few dealers to have looked at. I kept getting th manager at Herb Chambers Honda Westborough. I had an issue with my vehicle that I had brought to a few dealers to have looked at. I kept getting the same response that everyone hates to hear when they know that there is something wrong with their vehicle "there seems to be nothing wrong with it." I knew that there was an issue. Richard listened to me and I could tell he could appreciate where I was coming from. He had one of the top technicians work on the car and the technician did a road test with me in hopes of isolating the problem. When we got back to the dealer Richard asked if he could keep the car for a few hours to go through. They dropped me off at my home and said they would contact me as soon as they knew more. About 2 hours later I got a call that the car was fixed and that someone would be on their way. I thought they would be picking me up to bring me back to the dealership. To my surprise they drove the car to me with paperwork in hand and dropped it off at the house. I was blown away. Not only was I happy about the entire experience the sound was gone from the car! They promised to get it done and they went the extra mile. I will continue doing service with Herb Chambers and I wanted to thank Richard and his team for their great services. Don't go here for service. I brought my car in on Don't go here for service. I brought my car in on Sunday. They make a BIG DEAL that their service department is open on the weekend. Them (Adam): you need new brakes, But, we don't have the parts today. Me: You don't have Honda brakes at a Honda dealership? Them: No, but I will be here working Monday and I will take care of it for you then. Me: Uh, ok, then fix it Monday. So, on Monday, I call and ask for Adam to see how its going. He's not working today. Sigh. So I start all over again and repeat the story to someone else. Good thing I called and didn't assume they were going to work on it LIKE THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. He calls around for parts and calls me back. Them: Uh, can't get one of the parts (caliper) until Tuesday at the earliest. None of the dealers have it. Me: So, NONE of the HONDA dealers have a caliper for a HONDA? Them: No Sigh. So, I decide to call other repair places. First place I called said they had all the parts needed for a brake job on site right now. I go up there, the car is done in 3 hours. For $300 less than the price that Herb Chambers was quoting. And the best part is, one of the reasons that it was cheaper is I DIDN'T NEED THE CALIPER TO BE REPLACED AT ALL. I missed half a day's work because of their nonsense. But I did save some money. Incompetent or unethical. Don't know which, but not going back either way. More

Just a really bad experience overall when I went to get some service done on my Honda: - Misquotes to customers in terms for wait time - Called ahead, asked for an appointment. Went all the way down there and told me the wait time is 3 hours. - Went for a wheel alignment and continued to have problems. They don't mind putting you back on the road after bad or no work. I would defintely not recommend going here, unless you want to be misled and then have sub-standard work done on your car. More
