My husband & I have been Infiniti customers for the past 6 years and we were looking to buy a new EX35. The Infinity dealer in our home town did nothing to win our business. Everyone we met took great pride in working for Herb Chambers. From the initial meeting – to driving away in our new EX35 – the overall experience was excellent. They both spent a good deal of time with us and exhibited a great deal of patience (as I changed my mind once or twice!). I honestly did not think they would be able to put us in a new EX35 with what we could afford – but they did and they did it by being open, honest and making us feel as though we were all on the same page. The car buying experience was made a smoother process by the concientious work of our finance person and the general manager, Pranav Gill, who did not remain in his office but offered his assistance and casual conversation. We felt we were offered a fair price on our trade-in and our new vehicle and are happy were our decision. We also appreciated the understanding of the need to shop and test drive with small children and that that can hamper the process. My six year old is particularly grateful for his new Infiniti puppy, Elliot. We would definately reccomend Herb Chambers to others. More

Jim's knowledge of the Infiniti G37X was exceptional and he answered all my questions promptly. Paul Martineau was the Sales Manager I worked with and he was very pleasant during the entire process. I wanted to purchase my new Infiniti from Jim because he was so helpful and the dealership is 4 miles from my home. The new car price was competitive. Unfortuantely, the price I was offered for my trade in was lower than the trade-in price I received from another dealership. So I purchased the car elsewhere. I would highly recommend that customers that were in the market for a new Infiniti shop the Herb Chamber's Infiniti.
