I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership in the past few years. A 2001 GS 300, 2007 GS 300 AWD, 2007 RX 330 & 2009 RX 350. Both Mr. Prusak & Mr. Amaral were nothing but true gentlemen and they the past few years. A 2001 GS 300, 2007 GS 300 AWD, 2007 RX 330 & 2009 RX 350. Both Mr. Prusak & Mr. Amaral were nothing but true gentlemen and they actually made my car buying experience one that was enjoyable and not frustrating. Herb Chambers Lexus has treated me and my family with nothing but respect and we will continue to purchase vehicles from this dealership. The one thing that really stands out about this dealership is Mr. Prusak's attention to detail and his personal friendly touch that is very important to my family. Also, Mr. Scott Higgins in the Service Department has always gone above and beyond to make sure that when any of our vehicles are serviced that we are accomodated in the best possible manner. I purchased my first Lexus in 2002 and was so pleased with all that Herb Chambers Lexus afforded me pricewise and service wise that it was a no brainer that when I was looking for another car, I went with all that Herb Chambers Lexus afforded me pricewise and service wise that it was a no brainer that when I was looking for another car, I went back to Herb Chambers Lexus and purchased another vehicle in 2007. My dealings with all personnel (sales & service)has been nothing but a positive experience and I haven't had any reservations about referring this dealership to any of my family or friends. Their new facility in Sharon is quite a place. I enjoy the fact that they have a great waiting area (comfortable chairs), big screen TV, childrens' facilities where you can view your child while playing and if you are hungry, an assortment of different beverages, wrap sandwiches, muffins, danish pastry, etc. All in all, I will continue to purchase from Herb Chambers not just for the perks but to know that I have a reputable dealer, excellent cars and most of all the care that both the sales people and service people provide to me ..... I have become very disappointed with this dealership when I went in to purchase a used Toyota they had on their lot. They would not give me KBB for my trade or even close to it, they work with Galves, who's I went in to purchase a used Toyota they had on their lot. They would not give me KBB for my trade or even close to it, they work with Galves, who's trade-in value is significantly lower than KBB or Nada, and Galves is dealerships only so you would never be able to find out how much your car was worth with them - and also they offer to value your trade on their website using KBB, but they won't give it to you! They put $500 more onto the Galves price and said that was the best they could do. They then suggested that I call some Toyota dealerships to see what they would give me for my car. I spent over an hour waiting for this answer one night in their showroom, to more or less be turned away. I called the sales manager the next day and he said "I have people at my desk I'll have to call you back" He took my phone number only when I asked if he wanted it. I never got a phone call back. The used vehicle wasn't even in pristine condition, the brakes were low and the tail light lens needed to be replaced. I went to a Toyota Dealership the next day and not only did they give me excellent customer service, but they also gave me $2000 more for my trade and the vehicle I bought was certified with a 100k factory warranty and it had over 20k less miles than the one they were offering at Lexus. If I ever get the opportunity to buy a Lexus... I'll probably head to Watertown. Thanks. More

I communicated with this dealership along with several others regarding the purchase of the RX350. Over several emails they communicated to me they would offer me the best deal I would be able to find be others regarding the purchase of the RX350. I received a quote from another dealer that I thought was more then reasonable and was going to follow through on the purchase. I contacted this dealer one more time and told them that I received a offer and if they could beat the price by a reasonable amount I would purchase from them. Michael Fahn stated he would absolutely beat the price and told me to come to the dealership. Which I did. Upon arrival they kept me waiting for at least 15 minutes after which they came back with a offer that was 3000 more then what was discussed in the email. For them to waste my time and to blatantly lie is what gives the car sales business a bad name. They are dishonest and will lie to get you in the door completely disrespecting your time. They acted friendly enough on the sales efforts, but then took forever to deliver the car. The sales rep spent a lot of time showing me the Lexus customer satisfaction survey. They said it would take a week to fix. They need to pound out the dents and repaint a section. That's terrible for a new car! I regreat buying a car from this dealership. More

Found one I fell in love as soon as I saw the pictures online. I am now driving a Lexus from Herb Chambers in Sharon and couldnt of asked for a better experience. You should stop in just to take a tour of the place, WOW what $30 million looks like in stone and glass, not to mention plasma TV's in places you wouldnt expect. More
