I worked with Joe Blake for my first car purchase. Despite my apprehension at diving into what is generally considered a difficult, high stress proposition, Joe's easy-going and friendly nature quickly put my mind at ease. Joe was both very informative, and upfront about the pros and cons of the Prius I was purchasing. At no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable about the process, rather I felt I was given enough reliable information to steer the process in the direction I wanted to go. All said and done, it was an excellent first experience that landed me a great car at a great price.

We found Mark Di Paulo to be very courteous, energetic and knowledgeable about Toyota products. He had to overcome some serious sales obstacles, namely my husband was sick and cranky but he hung in there and made the sale.

I received excellent customer service and care from Bridgete McAuley, a Client Care specialist with Herb Chambers Toyota. She was tremendously kind and knowledgable. I was impressed by her empathy--I was looking for a car for someone in a wheelchair--and she went above and beyond to see what she could do (even if ultimately, Toyota doesn't lease handicapped-accessible vehicles). She called half-a-dozen people at least within the company and then followed up with me to make sure that they had gotten in touch. I was very impressed by her and by her company. She is a true asset.

My Review of Herb Chambers Toyota Scion of Boston:
It was a no hassle, "lets try to put you in a car" experience. I had come in looking for a 2004 Prius for $12000, and they said "well, that one we just got rid of because it failed its safety inspection". This is after listing the car for a long time on Cars.com. Maybe they never really had the car and it was just an internet honey-pot to attract people looking for a cheap car and then talk them up into something more expensive. Despite that lingering suspicion, I had a good experience and ended up with a pretty new car that will last a long time.

Steve was GREAT- I went to the dealership, and had been feeling stressed about buying a car. When I walked in, Steve was so welcoming and nice that my dad and I felt right at home. We saw a beautiful used prius in the showroom- it was in really good condition, and though it was somewhat pricey, I decided to buy it. Steve was efficient and really took what I said under consideration. I felt really respected, and comfortable with my decision. I also had Will Ralph on the buisness end of things, and he was cordial and efficient. I was really impressed by this dealership, and will be coming back for services and when I need a new car. Thank you!

My Review of Herb Chambers Toyota Scion of Boston:
I am MORE THAN satisfied with the service I received at Herb Chambers in Boston. I've purchased 3 previous vehicles from 3 different dealerships and NONE of those dealerships compare to this one. My salesman Mark Dipaolo went above and beyond what a salesman has ever done for me. I had to drop off my rental 20 mins away from the dealership and was planning to take a 45 min train ride back to get my new car. Instead, Mark offered to come pick me up which was a HUGE help to me. He was already there waiting before I even got there. Once back at the dealership I had to do a lot of back and forth stuff with my insurance company and Mark continuously checked on me to see if I needed anything and always kept me updated on the status of my car. I would HIGHLY recommend any of my friends and family to this dealership and especially to Mark if purchasing a vehicle. He was extremely courteous and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and everything was all set. Never have I worked with a saleman like him before. I was also very impressed with the dealership itself as well as my financing person Nathan who also helped me tremendously. I chose this dealership over another one that I had ALREADY given a deposit to. I did this solely based on their customer service. If I ever decide to upgrade or ever need to get a new car, I 100% will be returning to Mark. THANK YOU!!

Me and my family went to lease a car since our previous car was no longer in a good condition. The sales representative, Biola Spoint was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with all the information needed for leasing a car. The leasing process did not take long which was better for us. He is a very efficient worker as well as the manager that informed us about the financing process with a leased car. We are very satisfied with their service.

My Review of Herb Chambers Toyota Scion of Boston:
I would like to write this based on my recent experience at Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston. I frequently buy new vehicles and am always in the market. Before going in to the dealership, I spoke with Rich over the phone and he was extremely professional and pleasant. He set up an appointment with me the next day when he introduced me to Mark. Mark is a terrific salesperson to work with. Coming from someone in sales, I really appreciated Mark's patience, knowledge, and assurance that this process was going to go smooth from start to finish. We went on a test drive and although I had some concerns with the vehicle, he personally assured me that they would be addressed if I decided to buy the car. When we go back to the dealership, I let Mark know that I was in a time crunch. Rather than playing games, he hustled and hustled which I really appreciated. We worked out some numbers with Rich and Mark and I decided that I was comfortable placing a deposit and having the vehicle checked out on Monday. I then left and Mark called to thank me for coming in. He then gave me a day to breath, which I also thought was terrific, and I returned to the dealership on Monday.

When I arrived on Monday I was again greeted by Rich, who was very pleasant. Mark was coming in a bit later, so he introduced me to Frank, who was also a terrific guy. Frank and I went to a local dealership to have the vehicle checked out per my request. Although it was only supposed to take an hour, it took about 3. Frank was an absolute pleasure to work with and extremely professional. He was also very helpful in the buying process and did not put any pressure of me, which is another quality that all sales people should exude.

In the end, we struck a deal and the whole process was extremely pleasant; everything you would wish for as a consumer. Often times, these processes can finish up in the finance office which can turn into a disaster. This was nothing like that. Nathan was also a pleasure to work with and I really appreciated how quickly he explained everything to me, worked hard to get me a great rate, and efficiently got me out the door.

Thanks to you guys for such a great experience. I am looking forward to taking delivery this week.
