My Review of Herb Connolly Acura:
Have bought three Acuras at Herb Connolly and received very good service, particularly from the Service Manager, Kran Cummings. This latest Acura (Certified Used)came with a couple of problems. The title's odometer reading was not correct and I found out after driving from the Cape to the closing. We could not close until a corrected odometer reading and title was processed. I was given a loaner and my car was delivered to me about a week later. While at the closing, I asked them to check on several things. One was the assurance that all the manuals were with the car. When it was delivered to me, the Owner's Manual was not there. It took over a week to have one sent to me. The sales person was new and may have made mistakes. Other than that, I have been happy with Herb Connolly and would recommend the dealer to anyone. I'd rate it as a 4.7-4.9.

Worked with Dan Curley. Dan wsas great throughout the entire sales process. There was a title issue whiched caused a 2+ week delay. Dan was able to set me up with a loaner vehicle which was greatly appreciated to aid in this unfortnate event. I would highly recommend going back to Dan and Herb Connelly Acura in Framingham.

I went into the dealership looking for a used Acura MDX. Dan was an excellent salesperson and asked for my likes/dislikes re options, colors, etc. Dan was very well informed and informative...he took me out to drive three different cars and explained used vs lease. Three hours later I made a purchase and was pleased to do so. I love my MDX!!

I was amazed at how friendly and human these people were. I had visited a Lexus dealership the same day and it seemed like everyone was fake. My conversation with the finance person was pleasant which surprised me because that is always a pain at other dealerships.

My Review of Herb Connolly Acura:
We bought the car at this dealer because of the sales associate. He was knowledgeable and responsive. He was respectful of my wife and her involvement in the process. He did not call me when I asked him not to call, and he was completely engaged once we decided to go ahead with the deal. Upon delivery, the car was pristine. Dan introduced me to the car and its features, set up my phone ... had the car inspected, sent back my plates. He did everything I could have asked for. It's hard to know about the price for sure. I did my research and received my walk-away price, well $250 above my walk-away price. The negotiation process was "elaborate;" you'll know what I mean if you experience it, and actually kind of fun. I feel good about the price. I would feel "great" had I received my initial offer, but that's my responsibility, I suppose.

Excellent experience overall. Jack could not have been friendlier. Never had the feeling that I was being pushed around, and left feeling that I got the best deal possible. When I first looked at the car I needed to go home and "sleep on it". Jack let me walk out the door and I didn't feel as if I was being barracaded so that he could make the sale. I will highly recommend this dealership to friends and Jack Marshall in particular.

My Review of Herb Connolly Acura:
WE were very pleased with the fact that there was no pressure. Dan was extreamly helpful with answering our questions about the Hundai Tucson we ultimately purchased.
We did check other dealerships to do some comparison shopping, and Dan didn't try to sway us in any way, other than to say that he would be happy to help us when we came back.
This is the third car we have purchased from this dealership and we would and have recomended it to others. My father in-law actually purchased a car from you guys about 5 years ago, and he too was very pleased with the way he was treated.

Working with Damon was an excellent experience from start to finish. He was very helpful, reliable, and knowledgeable. THe dealership was very professional, and there were no "games" or surprises when it came to working out a very fair deal for the vehicle. The financing dept was very easy to work with. I have leased a number of cars in the past, and this was by far the most "user-friendly" dealership I have worked with.

My Review of Herb Connolly Acura:
We purchased a new TL from Herb Connelly about a year ago. That experience was very pleasant and we love the car. We returned to buy an SUV recently. This was Suzie's first new car sale. Suzie is very professional and friendly. Suzie studied up on the car features and made sure that we knew our options -- and pursued additional information from her co-workers when we had additional questions that she was unsure. Suzie is a pleasure to work with and the same can be said for Jennifer in the business office. Both made the new car purchasing process painless and enjoyable. I would definitely return for another vehicle (hopefully not soon) and refer friends and family.
