once they know you're interested in the vehicle finance dept jacks up the price by 2-3k even for leasing

We found the car we were looking for online. When we entered the show room we were greeted by Phil Culinovic. He brought us out to look at the car, and he was very nolligible. He was great to work with, and made the entire process easy. Phil went above and beyond, I really appreciate his help. I will go back and work with Phil on my next car.

I HAVE OWNED FIVE CADILLACS. FOUR HAVE BEEN PURCHASED FROM HERITAGE. I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER GOING ANY WHERE ELSE. PHIL CULINOVIC IS AN OUTSTANDING SALESMAN. FROM THE MINUTE I WALKED IN I WAS TREATED ROYALLY, EVEN GIVEN THE CAPUCCINO OF MY CHOICE. I HAVE BROUGHT ANOTHER CAR, NOT A CADILLAC, IN FOR REPAIRS AFTER AN ACCIDENT. GREAT SERVICE, AND I WAS TOTALLY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THE LENGTH OF TIME IT TOOK THEM.I NEVER WORRY ONCE THE CAR IS IN PHIL'S HANDS. DON.T EVEN THINK OF GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2008 Cadillac SRX from Heritage Cadillac. Fran Scepanovich helped me find the vehicle I was looking for and was able to secure me a great deal. I did a price comparison against other dealerships and nobody could come close to her price. I wouldn't go to any other dealer for a new car. The people at Heritage take the anxiety out of the process of purchasing a new vehicle and make it a pleasant experience. Their service is great and the emplyess are courteous and professional. I highly recommend Heritage for your new car needs.

I leased my second cadillac from Heritage Cadillac recently and have been leasing from them for about three years. The sales and service are always top notch. I would find it very difficult to buy or lease a car from any another dealer. I rarely write reviews, but if this helps someone else choose Heritage, it's worth it, because they treat their customers really well.

I have a long and sorry history with car dealerships and buying vehicles in general, but I have to say that my experience with Heritage Cadillac was the best. I have been interested in the ATS ever since Cadillac announced it was going to be available in late summer of this year, and, as soon they came out, I contacted the Cadillac dealerships in the Chicago area to see for myself. Heritage, and especially Charles Hughes, the sales person, provided me with the best overall service and personal care. All my questions and concerns were addressed and every effort was made to work with me on securing the vehicle and options that I wanted and meeting my price. I love my new ATS and am still getting used to all its bells and whistles (which, by the way, Mr. Hughes and the staff at Heritage are more than willing to help me with, answering my calls and assisting me with my questions). Terrific service all around.

My husband and I purchased a new 2012 SRX from Heritage Cadillac in Lombard last week. The entire experience was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We had been shopping around for 2 weeks with numerous local dealers. I located the car on their website requested information and a price. Heritage immediately quoted me a price on the vehicle that was $500.00 less than any other dealer. When I contacted the other dealerships I was told me they could not beat Heritages price. There were no hidden fees or add-on surprises when we got to the dealership. The price we were quoted was the price we paid. We even received more on our trade than we had anticipated. Salesperson Tom Capps was fantastic and a delight to deal with. He is obliging, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling. Tom took us thru the many options on our new vehicle and even set up my Bluetooth for me. I can’t say enough about him or Heritage. I would not hesitate to recommend family and friends to Heritage. Give Heritage a try you won’t be disappointed.

This dealership is the true definition of a business where everyone works together to give the customer the best experience possible. Lou initially reached out to me, Daren let me know that they had something in my price range, and when we got there Tom handed me the keys to my brand new SRX. I must say- my husband and I had been at 2 other dealerships this week and it was exhausting. Walking into Heritage Cadillac was the experience that everyone should have when making such a huge decision like buying/leasing a car. Tom Capps is by far the best sales person we've ever dealt with. He was as pleasant as can be and was extremely respectful of our budget. Not once did he play the "let me go talk to my manager" game that we all hate.
