My Review of Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Owings Mills:
Best car buying experience ever with Charles Smith. After having an extremely horrible experience at DARCARS I was not looking forward to my visit at Heritage. However I was very quickly put at ease after talking to Charles about my last experience and my desire to trade in my car for a 2011. He was sincere in his effort to get me a good deal and made it a very pleasant and easy experience for me. Everybody I came in contact with was wonderful and genuine, to include Mike, Dave, and all the gentlemen in the building that did the financing. Thanks to the very fair trade-in value and rebates, I was able to drive away in a new car which I love. The gentlemen in the Finance building even found me another rebate after I had already initiated my purchase. Fabulous service from these guys and I highly recommend them!

Justin helped me greatly with the purchase through a online Jeep forum. Even though he is over 8 hours away and I am not buying from his dealership. I posted a few questions on the forum and he replied with answers no one else could/would answer. He even did a search for a Jeep in his area just to see if one was available. Even after he DID find one and I told him I could not travel that far for it he still said to contact him for any info I may need in the future. I wish I did live closer

We were getting ready to have a baby, so we decided we wanted to get a new Jeep. We initially went to another, closer, Jeep dealer, but after talking with them, we knew we had to go back to Joe Perry at Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Owings Mills. This is now the fifth car we have bought from Joe, and there is NOBODY else we would buy a car from. His professionalism is the gold standard of the car buying experience. He never puts on a "hard sale" and he had the answer to each of our questions; Joe even called up and congratulated us when we had our baby. Joe went the extra mile in helping us come up with our perfect vehicle. working with him was a completely positive experience and I woulod not hesitate to recommend him to any one of my family members or friends if they were in the market for a new vehicle. An excellent salesman; we will return and buy another vehicle from Joe.

I visited many Jeep dealers when looking for my new Wrangler Unlimited. Joe Perry at Herritage Jeep in Owings Mills was the first dealer rep who could answer all of my questions. He knows his stuff and was great to work with. Joe also sold the vehicle to me at a price the competition couldn't/wouldn't meet.

My Review of Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Owings Mills:
My wife and I were in the market for a newer minivan. I saw a few I liked at this dealer so I put in an online request. Within a day I received a call from Chris and our story began. I told him how we knew we would have rollover on a trade in and we would also have outside financing so it was all about the final vehicle cost. We were optimistic at first, but that quickly went away. Chris made every effort to find one with everything we were looking for and we did alot over the phone because we knew the day we came in we would be on a very tight schedule. Chris even texted me some pictures of options to make sure it's what we wanted. We narrowed it down to three possibilities and made an appointment to come in. The greet was great and we got right to work. We quickly eliminated one of the choices and the last two came down to color preference. Once we test drove it, we knew we wanted it and it was time to talk some numbers. Within 20 minutes, we reached our target and moved onto paperwork. We got to talk to Chris for awhile and he is a great person and we are extremely satisfied that we got to work with him. We were offered coffee and snacks and even let us plug our cell phones in so we could charge them! The paperwork went very smooth and they detailed the van to include a full tank of gas! All in all, we were out of there in less than 3 hours with our new van. Highly recommended by us!! Thanks again!

Our purchase financing was initiated online and we recieved a quick call from Chris. He confirmed what we were looking for and set up everything. We later spoke with Mr. Hoffman to work out our financing and he was able to get us EXACTLY what we wanted. We visited the dealership to complete the purchase which was done in a timely manner and we were on our way. What a great dealership to do business with!
