Heritage Chrysler Jeep Dodge Parkville would like to extend an apology to Karen & her husband regarding their recent Service visit. We did not communicate the information correctly thus causing a bit of confusion. Jim Abbott, our Service Manager contacted the customer in efforts to remedy the situation. Jim also extended the offer to personally re-diagnose the customer’s vehicle.
