We went to Heritage in Westminster because of their ample selection of the used model car we were looking for. We had an appointment with Chloe Ford. Chloe was extremely well prepared for our visit. She had selection of the used model car we were looking for. We had an appointment with Chloe Ford. Chloe was extremely well prepared for our visit. She had already printed the CARFAX and maintenance reports for the 2 cars she knew we preferred to start with AND had pulled them out so they were accessible for a test drive. She was very knowledgeable of the features of the cars and spoke to their pros and cons when asked as we compared them. It made our decision making process much easier. We also appreciated that she was not pushy or pressuring in any way. So, we were very comfortable with our decision when we chose one to buy. I. We are very pleased with our experience at Heritage Honda Westminster. Chloe Ford understood what we were looking for in and was not pushy at all. She genuinely wanted us to find a vehicle for our family. On Westminster. Chloe Ford understood what we were looking for in and was not pushy at all. Once we found the vehicle we wanted to purchased, we wanted her to go over the features as quick as possible because it was late at night and we needed to get the kids home. Terrible experience. I brought my ridgeline in for service, And it was all screwed up. I talked to lee the service manger, and told him my truck came in here not leakin I brought my ridgeline in for service, And it was all screwed up. I talked to lee the service manger, and told him my truck came in here not leaking oil, and now it is..he told me it wasn't there problem and told me it would be a diagnostic charge to look at it. I only drove 5 miles home!!! Never go here! More
