I started searching for a Hyundai because of my satisfaction with the Hyundai I was already driving, a Hyundai Elentra with 258,000 miles which I purchased new in 2000. I broadened my search around the Baltimore beltway and found a new Hynudai dealership still celebrating their grand opening. I contacted Heritage Hyundai in Towson and I received a prompt call back from Sales Consultant Tom Hamme. I wasn't in a rush to make a purchase, Tom was patient and informative on the products I was searching. I was leaning toward the smaller Accent; however, Tom was able to work a better deal on the larger Elentra. I traded my 2000 Elentra and I'm now driving my new 2010 Elentra. More

Paying $15,493 for a used 2009 Hyundai Elantra with no floor mats, XM radio and needed 2 front tires and a front end alignment. I believe the dealership could have helped me out with this. I bought the car, signed the papers, felt good about the whole process and drove home. Then they called me and said the car was really a thousand less than I had paid.
