My Review of Heritage Mazda of Bel Air:
Went to Heritage because the truck i was looking for was at one of their other dealers, to far for me to drive. I asked Ken if he could have the truck brought to his location, he said no problem, I'll have it here the next day. Ken called me and said the truck was there, when could i come in to check it out. I went in the next afternoon. I am now the proud owner of the truck i was looking for, At a fair price with a fair trade-in.
Ken was with me through all the paper work, made me feel more comfortable with the other associates i had to talk with.
When I'm ready for my next car or truck, Ken will be the first person i call.

Thanks Heritage Mazda, and Mr. Ken Arment for a great buying experiance.

JUST WANT TO SAY THAT THE TRIP TO MILE ONE THIS WEEKEND 2/25/12 WAS GREAT. WE WERE ABLE TO WALK IN AN EXPLAIN WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE WERE ABLE TO AFFORD . OUR SALES PERSON WAS FRED. FRED HAD HELPED US BEFORE , HE DID A GREAT JOB THEN AND A GREAT JOB NOW. FRED WAS UPFRONT WITH US AND HELPED US OUT ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SATISFATION.I WILL REMEMBER THIS AND WILL SHARE WITH FREINDS AND FAMILY THAT IF INTRESTED IN BUYING A CAR SEND THEM TO FRED. We’ve purchased four Mazda’s from Heritage Mazda of Bel Air. We keep coming back because we enjoy driving a Mazda and Heritage Mazda’s customer service is the best. Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was very knowledgeable and very personable. We’ve worked with two salesmen, Ken Arment and Wil Wells. Neither of them could have been any more helpful, courteous, or fun to deal with. Everyone, including the Business Managers Doug and Richard were a delight to work with. We would recommend Heritage Mazda of Bel Air to anyone who is looking for a fair and hassle free car buying experience.

My Review of Heritage Mazda of Bel Air:
Friendly, Very Helpful. Purchased a new CX-7, over all satisfied with it. Test drove a different one then I bought, the one I actually purchased was shipped up from VA, so I never go to see it until I picked it up from the dealer. I was under he impression it was the exact same features as the one I test drove, with the upgrade to leather seating. The one I test drove had a sunroof and more digital display and back up camera features, the on I got had the upgraded leather seats, but no sunroof or digital display or back up camera. That was disappointing to me and I wish I was told up front about the changes rather then the surprise I got when I picked up the vehicle. Saleman Ahmed other then that was great and customer service was good also.

My Review of Heritage Mazda of Bel Air:
This was my first time buying a car. One employee in particular was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process and getting me the best deal possible. Ahmed was proficient in customer service; he allowed me to take the car for an entire weekend prior to purchasing it, just to be certain that it was what I really wanted. I also appreciated how he took the time to show me how to operate the car's special features including programing my phone contacts into the car's system. This was a great car buying experience and I would recommend purchasing a car from this dealer.

My Review of Heritage Mazda of Bel Air:
Ahmed was awesome! He was so attentive, respectful and friendly. It was busy in the dealership so Ahmed was helping other customers while helping me - I NEVER felt forgotten, he was extremely attentive! Thanks Ahmed.

John and Will were also very nice, they took time with me, I did not feel rushed at all.

Richard, the 'finance guy' actually made it fun to sign my life away!! He did a fantastic job explaining the entire process, which in and of itself, can be very overwhelming. He calmed me down with his sense of humor and engaging personality. He's a keeper!!

Of all of the dealers I visited during my search, I would definitely go back to Bel Air Mazda, in fact next time....I go there FIRST!!

Always had great dealings with Wil Wells in the past so when it came time to decide what kind of vehicle I wanted (deciding between 4) I went to Wil Wells first because of past dealings. I liked the cx7 the best and was happy with the deal.
