I would just like to thank the parts manager, John, at Heritage Mazda Bel Air for solving what started out to be an issue I was extremely dissatisfied with. I really do appreciate his work ethic and am ex Heritage Mazda Bel Air for solving what started out to be an issue I was extremely dissatisfied with. I really do appreciate his work ethic and am extremely happy with the resolve of my issue. Originally I had bought a part from Heritage Mazda, and after a long drawn out ordeal..I was able to return my part for a full refund. I now feel that John, knowing I was unhappy, went above and beyond to contact me and allow me to bring my un-needed part back to the shop for a refund. He called me personally and set a time for me come in, and was then waiting at the counter for me to arrive. I am now extemely happy with Heritage Mazda and would recommend them in the future. I found it was not prudent to repair the car I towed in because of the age and mileage on the car. Rick Fallamo in the Service Department directed me to my salesman, Will Wells. Ken Arment was very helpful and made my girlfriends first new car purchase (2010 Mazda 3) a very enjoyable experience for her. Excellent overall visit. Mike Weatherman is THE nicest guy my family and i have ever encountered with car service. Our Mazda3 was serviced here recently and we could not have asked for a better experience. The quality, professionalism and overall experience were outstanding. The car was still under warranty and expe have asked for a better experience. The quality, professionalism and overall experience were outstanding. The car was still under warranty and experiencing an unusual problem with the air bag sensor. The service manager, Mike Weatherman, was persistent in determining the underlying cause of the problem and completing the repair. I would like to start by saying"wow" what a great service dept.these guys and gal's are xxxxxxboth in customer satisfaction and professionalism.let me start by saying i had a problem with my mazdaand had bee dept.these guys and gal's are xxxxxxboth in customer satisfaction and professionalism.let me start by saying i had a problem with my mazdaand had been to the dealer i purchased the vehicle from (first mistake)!!3 times with no resolution.i called heritage mazda andspoke to there service manager michael and explained the issue.micheal when out of his way to help.I went to service center andmet with michael and he went on a test drive with me. within a coupleof miles michael heard my problem.he took the car into the shop andwithin an hour had repaired the issue!!!!all i can say is that this isthe best i have ever been treated by any new car dealership and i have purchased 4 new cars [just sorry i did'nt purchase there}.thanks again to heritage and there steller service !!!! More
