My husband and I were looking for a new 4-door Toyota Tacoma. We wanted a truck that met our needs and our budget. Mason had called us up to get the specifics on what we were looking for in the Truck and Tacoma. We wanted a truck that met our needs and our budget. Mason had called us up to get the specifics on what we were looking for in the Truck and had really listened to all our needs because he had the perfect model picked out for us when we got there. We test drove the car that night but had to get in and out quickly as we have a 7 month old and no time to sit around a dealership for hours. The following day I met with him briefly to appraise our current SUV that we were trading in and to review numbers. Again I was in and out of there quickly. The rest of the negotiating was done over the phone and really felt like Mason and Jason (sales manager) worked hard to get us to the best price for the truck and the trade-in that we were comfortable with. The day we signed and picked up the truck they had all the paperwork ready for us, Mary had all of our financing paperwork ready and was extremely helpful. We met a few other managers and felt that the entire staff at Heritage was very respectful. Overall we were very pleased with the service, experience and we love the new truck. More

Well for the ratings given, I am calling customer service their answering my questions and finding the things I wanted, which they did 100% (and quickly too). Quality work was making sure on the car I am leasing that everything worked right and looked right (which is why I've waited a while before doing the survey, so everything is golden so far). Gillian was friendly, and was laid back in humor (no forced jokes or things like that, but still human and funny at times). Those items resulted in the average of a great overall experience. Toss in the price of the lease (however I will admit that there was a small bit of negotiating) and that had to be either good or great as well (hard to LIKE spending large amounts of money ever, but realistically speaking it was a excellent price). So the net was great for that as well. I'm putting Sales (new) for a lease as there isn't another option for just that, and if anyone asks, I will mention this dealership (just as my Father did for me to go there). More

I had a very poor experience at Heritage Toyota. The salesperson I worked with was new and very friendly, but seemed to have a very difficult time finding the cars I wanted to test drive. I specificall salesperson I worked with was new and very friendly, but seemed to have a very difficult time finding the cars I wanted to test drive. I specifically asked to test drive one model of a car, and he brought the next level up anyway. The dealership was noisy and hectic. I observed a lot of people sitting around and waiting to be helped, while many employees at the dealership were casually loitering about and chatting to one another. They didn't even have enough chairs for the customers and their own employees to sit down and talk to one another. There wasn't enough parking for people who were visiting the dealership. After leaving the dealership to test drive some other cars, I came back to look at prices and colors. The salesperson said that he could not give me any estimates until I chose a car from the lot. I chose a car and then asked to see the prices. I was very clear that I was interested in a particular lease special. The Sales Manager came back with a price that was $60/month more than the special offered. I asked him to explain this and he was unable to. Even accounting for sales tax and registration, the number was way off. He left and came back minutes later with a number $50 less per month. I was appalled that they were unable to explain to me how they had come up with the original number and were unable to admit their mistake. The dealership contacted me and eventually gave me the answer that the car was "not the exact match" to the lease special. Of course they didn't mention this when I selected it. Apparently a $200 difference in the price of the car would have cost me an additional $2,160 over the course of a 36 month lease. I went to a different dealership to get the same car. They treated me with kindness and respect. More

My wife and I were just out to test drive Hybrid vehicles to see if they were for me. We had no intention to not keep driving my Subaru, but I was so surprised by the power, comfort and economy of the Prius to see if they were for me. We had no intention to not keep driving my Subaru, but I was so surprised by the power, comfort and economy of the Prius that after looking at the rest of the area cars dealerships over the next couple days we decided to get a Prius from Paul Coleman at Heritage. Paul was extremely helpful, zero pressure and super accommodating. Our experience was so positive, even never having been a Toyota driver before; I would strongly recommend the Prius, Heritage Toyota and Paul Coleman and his team. More
