I purchased my car out of state only because Heritage couldn’t get a Sienna quickly. No one can. Setting up my appointment for the second key and inspection was very easy and service center treated me li couldn’t get a Sienna quickly. No one can. I had communicated with Brett a few times as I changed my appointment and he was always so accommodating and friendly. They were very professional in the shop and appointment was quicker than anticipated. During the inspection Ken came to confirm they would be removing stickers on the windshield one of which was a pass. They wanted to be sure this wasn’t going to be a problem. I appreciated that they checked with to ensure it was not something I needed. They we’re going to work to save it if I needed it. This is my first service appointment with Heritage and I made a follow up for my next service as I was very happy. The waiting area provides a comfortable and convenient spot to work too while I waited. More
I bought a 2022 Toyota Sienna minivan from this dealer. The battery is dead on a regular basis. I have trickle charged it overnight several time. The first time I stopped by Heritage service they told me there’s a very sensitive sensor under the driver side door that may be triggered by “blowing grass” and draining the battery. And when I called service this morning to schedule an appointment they told me my warranty expired at 36,000 miles and they had cancelled my Platinum Warranty. They were unwilling to give me a loaner car so I could leave the car overnight as I have 4 young kids that need multiple rides a day. I strongly discouraged anyone from using this dealer. They are completely apathetic and unhelpful in ALL aspects of service, maintenance, troubleshooting etc. Extremely disappointed. And the salesman, Neal Pavlik, who helped me purchase this lemon vehicle no longer works there! Find a different dealer to avoid this mess. More

When I took my car in for summer tire changeover and 12000 mile service, I also requested a state inspection. They forgot to do the inspection. I tried to make an appointment later to rotate the tires, do the inspection, and change out the USB port for AppleCarPlay. I told them we have bouth new cords and tried all the ones we have to get the CarPlay to work and it remains intermittant. They want me to let them look at it, and then come back for another appointment if they need to order parts. When I have asked questions about my car, the person checking me in or out doesn't know the answer and the person who does, is busy. I cancelled the appointment because I don't have time to keep going back. They didn't offer to look at it quickly before the appointment or to order the part in case it needs to be changed out. I am not impressed. More
I bought a brand new toyota highlander, 2021. I took the car to this dealership for repair. We were told it was a drain and carpet would be replaced and serve pro would be involved. 29 days later We went to pick up the car and the carpet was not replaced, it was shampooed and the smell Covered up by the dealership, mats thrown in back of the car, grease on visor and a scratch on the car door. So unhappy and taking their word it was fixed.. already lied to about the carpet -a few days and the new car smell was gone the smell was back, after that it rained and the car was leaking in same spot and floor was soaked. We called to bring the car back.. with messages from a Forman we were told the drain was a issue in another spot and the smell he found was concerning and a plan of action would be made. A call from the Unknowledgeable and lack of the truth and customer service oriented service manager proceeded to tell us good come pick it up it was same part the drain and it was shampooed and good to go. My husband was like the smell is a issue and mold is a problem, the service manager stated no smell was found and must of been missed being documented. With lies and two different facts and findings we requested new carpet, pad and proof mold was gone.. also the grease and scratch was fixed. The service manager argued with my husband, the findings the one actually working on the car found, like we were dumb and did not realize they messed up. After informing her mold is a issue and safety concern for our baby/children and also some of us with asthma.. the lies and poor service from something they messed up.. also that my husband was a mechanic by trade and last but not least this is a brand new car, a lease.. bought off the trailer it was brought in on. She agreed to what we were asking.. with the added gas expense and travel from sheldon to burlington we were given a two wheel drive expedition w summer tires for over 30 days in many poor road conditions due to snow. It was time to pick the car up and we were shown proof of work done.. we did not the first time. Next day… heavy rain.. standing water on back mat, I pull over and all carpet wet with beads of water except drivers seat floor. We call.. we hear how shes is and going to chew people out… we are told we are getting 8 passenger rental.. 6 kids.. I received a 7!! With a family of 8… d I bring the car the next am even more water on floor.. I pull in service line and they do their thing.. the service manger is right near me many times and does not even look my way… as a service manager that screwed up you would think she would provide at least an acknowledge meant.. nope.. I tell the girl who is checking me in the floor is all wet except driver side.. I get out and show her the back floor confirming the wet back carpet. now we wait… we get a text saying a third party is going to perform water leak test.. following day.. nothing is wrong with car…. Well the water got there somehow… after all this time and frustration and lies…. We go to get my car… I ask the service manager for proof of what test were done and what the third party did … she can not provide me with anything but the paper they put Together stating water was found only in the passenger seat.. note that is spot water came in before… so the rudeness and word of a member of management cannot provide me with any documents of test done or how they checked for leaks.. but provide me with a paper with another lie only water in passenger side… to cover their xxx and move on… she says its dry now well no xxxx… I said your word has been nothing but xx and now you can not even provide documents of what was done and you give me your so called legal document leaving out what was done and how and the whole back seat carpet was soaked..And she tells me shes done with this its late in the week and day and shes tired…. What a joke… as I am left with a car, a lease, a brand new car with a wet carpet and something wrong…. Unfair… one lie after another and mumbles to provide proof of what was done.. but emailed proof when they fixed their last screw up of 5500$ the dealership had to pay.. very clear it was made to appear as my word against theres and no care in the world I have all this happen and they cant even be honest. The service manager tells us they had no one who knew how to fix or deal With this… I have proof of the text and phone call with two story’s… Pretty sad!!!!! More
