My Review of Herndon Chevrolet:
I had bought a used Honda from this dealer. Although the sales agent was nice and friendly I would not recommend them to any friends or relatives. Their turnover rate is extremely high and trying to find someone who will work with my concerns about my car is very difficult. Once I had signed the papers and drove it off the lot the service was terrible. My car did not come with an owners manual or a spare key. It took about 5 months to get the manual and i had to go the Honda dealership to get the key. Even after I was told to go to Honda and get a key made and Herndon would pay for it, I had to negotiate on a price that Herndon would reimburse me for. I ended up taking a 50 dollar hit on the key. They are a terrible dealer and I would not recommend buying a used car from them. About a month after I had bought our car, the agent who had sold me the car had called me to find out if my company was hiring. So much for keeping my information professional. Six months after we had parted ways with Herndon a rep had called to find out if the car we had traded in did actually get traded in. They don't even know what they did with our old car!
