Brian was great throughout the whole process - worked with me via phone on price and such before I made the drive to see the vehicle - it was in as good of shape as promised - Corey got me all hooked up on the financing with an even better rate than I was expecting and Ana closed it all with the paperwork - great experience!

I contacted the dealership via online chat and they immediately got back to me through email. The negotiation process was not the usual run around nonsense that you would usually experience at a dealership. I told them what I wanted to pay for the car and they worked with me. They got me approved almost right away, and an amazing rate and payment. We did this all through email and phone calls because I live in Greenville, SC...about 3 hours away. You may think I am crazy to travel that far for a good deal, but it was not just the deal...it was the friendliness and customer service. When we got the the dealership my dream Nissan Juke was all ready to go (with balloons on it!!) Lance greeted us and was so great the whole time. Took care of us every step of the way and we were in and out because they knew we had a long trip. Now I used to sell cars and I have to say this was the way car buying SHOULD BE!! Coming from someone who hates to buy cars, and who used to be in the business, this dealership has got it all! It is worth the trip and worth every penny spent! We came back to the Superstore after purchasing our last vehicle from Corey at Everett's main lot in Hickory about 18 months ago. Our second vehicle died on us unexpectedly, so we had to find something to replace it fast. I'll admit, the Superstore wasn't our first stop on this shopping trip this go around, but it should have been! Our last experience with Everett's was awesome, so I don't know why I bothered looking anywhere else. This time we worked with Rhonda, who was quick to get us into a few choices of vehicles that were in our price range and met the criteria we were looking for. She was upbeat and energetic, even on a dreary, cloudy day. We found our car fairly quick, and thanks to the diligence of Ana and Corey(now the sales manager), they were able to get our payments where we needed to be. I'm not the only one in my family that has purchased from here, and I make it a point to send anyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle to check with the crew in Hickory at the Superstore first, because they'll probably save you a whole lot of driving and time!

I had just gotten back from overseas and was in the market for a new mustang gt. I had actually visited another dealership earlier and was very unimpressed with them so I used auto trader and found another gt at hickory used cars. I didn't call ahead but I walked in and Brian helped me look at the car and was very professional and courteous. Long story short that GT is now sitting in my garage and I couldn't be happier. All the staff were very professional and I highly reccomend them.

The sales dept was very helpful and friendly. I told them what I wanted and my price range and they worked with me and I left in my new (used) car with the payment I wanted. All the staff chatted with us and helped set up Sinc prior to leaving.

We have been looking for a car for a couple of months, been to several dealerships, and communicated via email and phone with several others. When I saw this car online we contacted the dealership, spoke with Lance, and decided to go test drive it. When we got there everyone was so nice and professional. We drive the car, signed the papers and were out in less than two hours...definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had!

I would recommend Hickory Used Car Superstore to anyone. Vince was really great working with me to find a car I was very happy with. There were no hassles at all. Best of all I got to drive my new car home that day. I've had my car for over a month now and I'm extremely happy with it . I haven't had any problems with it ,just the same as the day I bought it.
