Awful Company purchased a truck finance manager put a 535 maintenance package on the contract without my ok never found out until 30 days later called in to cancel an get my money back said not a problem an maintenance package on the contract without my ok never found out until 30 days later called in to cancel an get my money back said not a problem an still 8 months later finally receive a check for 380 less than what I was suppose to get saying I have to pay a cancellation fee of 125$ for something I never agree for family owned company but they won’t return any calls bad bad dealer would stay away from people like this . Would never do business with or want anyone else to have to pay for something they didn’t want so check all paperwork before leaving this bad business More

I would like to thank the service manager (don't know his name but he was a big man and I met him about 8:30 am 11/23/22). He was very polite and helpful. Most employees spoke to me as I passed by. This dealership is much nicer than Cloninger Ford in Salisbury. I am now thru with Cloninger Ford.
