Hill Country Honda is the "WORST DEALERSHIP" I've ever dealt with. The Finance Department, Brian Perry, Lead Mgmr. and Justin Dotson, Finance Mgmr. are non-responsive and don't care about clients after t dealt with. The Finance Department, Brian Perry, Lead Mgmr. and Justin Dotson, Finance Mgmr. are non-responsive and don't care about clients after the deal is closed. I requested a refund on 3/11/25 for warranties purchased and have not received my refund. I asked Justin Dotson via text msg. for update and he say's it takes 8-12 weeks to get refund. Nonsense! Sounds like a delayed tactic. I've called the dealership, left voice msgs., used the chat feature and I have yet to receive a call-back from the Finance Department. Contacted Justin via text msg. requesting a contact number for the Warranty company to check on my refund. Justin's reply, "I Don't Have a Number." REALLY!!!! HCH don't have a contact number for the company they do business with. The audacity to tell a blatant untruth. More
