As always after 20 years of patronizing this business for our cars and the family, service department always comes to. They Excel in the relationship and the experience they provide us even when we have some things that are terribly wrong or financially charging with our vehicles. It seems to be a consistent GUNN dealership theme, which is why we stay with them, though we know we could turn a different direction without being pressured by cost or options in vehicles that we may consider as an alternative. Chanti is remarkable and again mixed experience, very pleasant and positive even with issues with vehicles that of course I’m gonna age and need attention due to normal war or condition environmentally. Sunny as a technician made everything clear, plain clear and concise, and also projected the same type of repair and caring. Must say that this was one visit that involved both vehicles and family, and though the outcome wasn’t the ultimate that we wanted, it had nothing to do with our excellent professionalism and informative approach to the situations we have to deal with to keep our vehicles on the road. But we’re not turning away from HONDA vehicles from GUNN. All I can say is just clone these folks in service.

I had a fantastic experience working with Katie Hnath at Hill Country Honda dealership. She provided excellent service and worked hard to get me the absolutely the best deal on the Jeep Wrangler. What I appreciated most was the no pressure approach ; I felt extremity comfortable working with her and was easy to talk to . Ultimately. I did not purchase the Jeep , but that was because of the engine size. I decided to go with a V6-not a reflection on her service. I would highly recommend her as a sales person. She was terrific. .
