I bought my vehicle 2 years ago from Allen Oxley and Allen's service after the sale is outstanding. He is always willing to accomodate me if I should need anything from the dealership. I have never ex Allen's service after the sale is outstanding. He is always willing to accomodate me if I should need anything from the dealership. I have never experienced this type of service from Allen and Hines Park Ford from any dealership. More

I don't know why this dealership is rated so highly, are they bribing people for reviews? The service department doesn't answer the phone. I have been standing there while several employees ignore a ring they bribing people for reviews? The service department doesn't answer the phone. I have been standing there while several employees ignore a ringing phone. Great customer service there... I guess they think it's OK to waste customers' time. To be fair, many Ford dealers seem to be this way. My biggest complaint, though, is that I don't believe the warranty repairs they did on my car were done correctly. The initial problem, a clunk noise from the front suspension, still hasn't been fixed and the car has new noises and a nasty vibration after they worked on it. Of course, they said they couldn't reproduce my complaints and that there is no possible way they did anything wrong. But the vibrations I experience in my car on a daily basis tell me otherwise. Not recommended. Do not have your car serviced here. More

My recent visit to HinesPark Ford was a pleasant experience. Both Allen and Joey were very polite and helpful. The ignition repair to my 2008 Van was completed within 1/2 hour thanks to the knowledg experience. Both Allen and Joey were very polite and helpful. I has some concerns regarding my Ford Flex and called my salesman Allen Oxley first. I am glad i did. He set up everything with service for me and put me in direct contact with Joey in the service dept. salesman Allen Oxley first. I am glad i did. He set up everything with service for me and put me in direct contact with Joey in the service dept. Allen got me in right away and made sure I was taken care off. Once arriving Joey was waiting and ready for me to bring my car in. He was really nice and explained everything. As usual Hines Park took care of the problem and everything was great. Allen even gave me a follow up call a few days later to make sure everything was good. Thats what I call customer service. More

I have been doing business with Hines park for years. I run a large fleet of service vans. Chris always listens to my needs and delivers on all his promises.
