From our initial greeting through the final paperwork, Bob and Pete were anything but your stereotypical car salesman. Their down to earth personalities, coupled with their ability to listen to our needs, take the time to knowledgeably answer all of our questions and get us the best price on the vehicle we were interested in (without all of the usual car salesman theatrics) was refreshing. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our selection, and every aspect of the transaction. From the moment we entered the showroom, Bob Cope's approachability and professionalism reinforced our confidence that we were in the right place and in good hands. Purchased our 5th Audi here which was my wife's 3rd A4. Deal was fair, salesman Ken is great to deal with and nice to converse with, he has been a constant there which keeps me returning. Bob closed the deal and was very patient explaining questions on all documents related to the deal. Bob was the best business manager we have dealt with at this dealership. Although I tried to put a deal together for my 6th Audi, 3rd A6, but just couldn't get that "great" deal and as a result found one elsewhere. The GM Joe Thomas expressed his concern about losing a long-term customer and actually spoke with my wife and I about this in person making this a learning experience for all of us. The service here has always been great whether is has been for warranty or routine service. I will continue to service my A4 and A6 here and consider this dealership in three years for my next two Audi's. More

Bob Cope was outstanding to work with on the servicing and upgrade of my 2011 R8 Spyder to a Stasis Challenge Extreme package. I have produced an album of the car's project and will be keeping it in the vehicle. I could not have been more impressed on how he coordinated all the aspect of this amazing project At the same time he and Peter DeVylder worked with me on leasing a new 2012 A-7. Peter provided me with a test drive experience that I loved. Bob found the car with the equipment I wanted in the colors I could agree on and we concluded the transaction last week. Every aspect was done with professionalism and in an outstanding manner by both Bob snd Peter. Peter delivered the car, went through all the techonly and systems aspects and both followed up in the next few days to see if I had any questions. While not the exhileration of the R8 spyder I do love the ride and technology within the A7. Great esperience all around. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2008 Audi TT.
