This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Hoffman Honda. The quality of service was excellent in addition to the fact that we knew we were given the right price for our trade as well as our new purc Honda. Nick was the only person at four CT dealerships that was able to deliver the car we wanted in the color we wanted on a timely basis. The customer service was amazing. I had visted with two other dealerships and they had horrible service and didnt want to give me what i wanted. I told Dan what i wanted and he gave me exactly what i was other dealerships and they had horrible service and didnt want to give me what i wanted. Speaking with Karan Singh in regards to purchasing a new and/or used vehicle was very informative. I was there having some snow tires put on my Odyssey Van and thought that I might as well get some info on and/or used vehicle was very informative. I was there having some snow tires put on my Odyssey Van and thought that I might as well get some info on a possible trade in and a possible purchase of a used car for my teenage son. He had a manager take a look at my van in the shop to get an idea on a trade in value. We then sat down and Karan informed me of possible ways to trade in my van on a new or used vehicle, being that I owe more on the van than what it is actually worth. Looking back at buying out my lease on the van may not have been the smartest thing to do at the time. He explained to me how purchasing another Hoffman Honda at the time may have been the better route for me even though I would have paid for high mileage. I learned of things that I didn't know before. Karan also informed me about other possibilities for my teenage son. He let me know the comparisons on buying a loaded used car or a basic new model SUV for my son. Overall, Karan was a great salesperson to work with and I would recommend him to others at Hoffman Honda. I love Hoffman Honda for its great service and very nice service advisors. That is a main reason why I will purchase with them again. Service and convenience and location will keep me going back. More
