As we already owned a Lexus, we knew the quality is there but Tom showed us all the changes and innovations since our last Lexus (2007) and was extremely helpful in negotiating a price that was acceptable to everyone at the table. Hoffman Lexus has a really nice showroom/office area and their service department is also very friendly and helpful. The overall experience has been most positive and we would definitely go to Tom if we need another car. More

In the Finance department Al Ramos was fantastic as well. He was clear, patient, and provided recomemndations based on our specific case. Again, the best Finance guy at a dealership in decades. My brother and I arrived at the dealership on a Saturday and were met by Tom and could tell by his demeanor that he was a true professional. No games. Right from the demo ride, down to negotiations. He knew his product cold and never once put any pressure on us to buy right then and there, as other dealers did. We ended up coming to terms and I took delivery of my new Lexus the following Tuesday. That day, the delivery process was also seamless, as I expected. Since then, I've purchased one other vehicle from Tom. My brother, has also purchased three from Tom, and my neighbor two as well. I also must comment on the service dept. which I believe to be second to none. From fixing it right the first time to their attentiveness with my time. His follow-up and availabilty long after the sale is done speaks to his caring for his customers. I would not think of turning elswhere to buy a car. The other reason for returning is the service team. Always prompt, courteous and friendly. I hated to see Brenda transferred to another Hoffman dealership even though I'm happy to hear it was an upward move for her. She was also like one of the family. We went looking for a replacement for my wife's 2007 ES350 which was purchased at another dealer (out of state). Met with Don, the Internet manager. We looked over the new ES350 and decided that there ES350 which was purchased at another dealer (out of state). Met with Don, the Internet manager. We looked over the new ES350 and decided that there just not enough changes to warrant purchasing a new one. My wife spotted the new HS250H Hybrid on the showroom floor. Don took us out in his car and was very knowledgeable. He challenged my wife to try the Lexus Assist "dude". Her challenge - find the nearest Dairy Queen. It was great. We worked the deal with Don and picked up the car a few days later. Even the financial person was courtious and applied no pressure to buy add-ons. My wife is a very tough negotiator and Don and the team at Hoffman had to work hard to get the deal. I did a short stint as a car salesman and I know when "tactics" are used. None here. More
