It was awful ! !! I asked for a tire rotation and they took the Jeep without the job, so they have to bring the truck back inside for the rotation. When they finishe !! I asked for a tire rotation and they took the Jeep without the job, so they have to bring the truck back inside for the rotation. When they finished, they brought the truck back with a white residual Particles inside the front seats. A nice black employee came with the air to remove the mess. When I left I found out that they didn’t reset the dash board info with the oil life.lady but not least they charged me around $160.00 supposedly to have a free change next time. I will never go that dealer at all. Also it was a lady with a board pretending doing some kind of inspection, I guess pretending… Awful !!! More
