Rick did a great job from the time I dropped my Jeep off up until the following day when I picked it up. I was impressed that the Service Manager, Ricky Olge, who scheduled my appointment the same day, as he knew I was in a pinch. Estimated wait time for the job completion was accurate. The service was in and out fast! However they did not rotate my spare tire but claimed that they did. I had marked the tire so I knew they were lying. Next time I will stand by the Jeep and keep an eye rotate my spare tire but claimed that they did. I had marked the tire so I knew they were lying. Dealer repaired the front passenger headrest airbag under warranty that deployed (even though there was no collision). The headrest was replaced but the dashboard airbag light is still on, the front passeng warranty that deployed (even though there was no collision).
