I had to bring the car back in—only to find out something else was wrong, something that should’ve been identified the first time. Now they expect me to pay again for their mistake. School starts in two weeks, and my truck is still not drivable. This situation has been a nightmare. The service department is completely untrustworthy. I wouldn’t even send my dog there. More

So I’ve given them a month to make this right and they haven’t so now here’s my review on Homer Skelton Ford in Olive Branch. Definitely would not purchase from them again. I have an IOU for my trunk to b haven’t so now here’s my review on Homer Skelton Ford in Olive Branch. Definitely would not purchase from them again. I have an IOU for my trunk to be fixed and unstuck and their attempts to rig it by gluing the spoiler down only lasted about 10 days so now my hatch will not open all the way and they say they can’t do anything about. So instead of fixing my vehicle which is stated on the IOU I now have a vehicle with a hatch that I can’t open all the way. I will say my sales representative Landon Russell was awesome to deal with but everyone else I have dealt with and talked to have not been. More
