Worst customer service around We bought our 2019 Pilot at Honda Morristown last fall. We’ve had problems from the start... promises being made and broken, problems with our tags an We bought our 2019 Pilot at Honda Morristown last fall. We’ve had problems from the start... promises being made and broken, problems with our tags and paperwork, the list goes on. I had the worst customer service experience ever there at the service department. I was spoken down to and dismissed because I am a female. A grown man rolled his eyes at me and I was deliberately taunted by a service staff member. I am calling Honda cooperate first thing in the morning. We have only used two of our free oil changes and I will never set foot on that lot again. Women- beware. Do yourself a favor and drive to knoxville if you’re in the market for a Honda. We bought our previous one in knox and never had any problems. The only positive experience I can say we’ve had in Morristown was our salesman, Dimitrius. He was wonderful. More

My husband and I were not looking forward to getting a car because of dealing with all the dealer back and forth haggling and had decided to go to Carmax because of set price and no haggling. We had just stopped by after thinking they were closed to look at some used Crv’s, that night we meet Curtis as he was in his way out. Sometimes you can just tell a person personality.... very polite and showed respect... that doesn’t happen a lot today. Curtis worked with us and I ended up buying a new CRV with lifetime warranty for about what I was going to pay for the 2016 CRV At Carmax. I had already had my financing worked out thur my bank, Rusty in finance said he would be happy to use them but he could get me a lower interest rate.. Not sure if all dealerships have changed like this but this is not they way we have experience things in the past. After purchasing the car two sweet young ladies showed me all the options on my car and how to use. Can’t say enough good things!! My husband and I were Pleasantly surprised with our entire experience with Morristown Honda. More
