As the years unfold and the miles pile up, it's the people at Honda Barn who keep your initial investment in first class shape. Of special note is the Honda a Barn service writer Jeff Arnault. I am constantly amazed by his patient professionalism as he greets, meets, listens to, and brings good (and sometimes bad) news about the health of a customer's vehicle. He knows his Honda customers by name and truly displays a personal warmth that makes all feel welcome--and in good hands. Yes, brand loyalty is about a superior product. It took ages to get it in because of it being back ordered and the date for receipt was a moving target too. Service was great (as they have been for the 15 or 20 years I have gone there). However, obtaining parts for a 10 yr old car was frustrating because I guess Honda doesn't make them as much anymore. Nothing but good things to say about the folks I have worked with in Service though... very helpful! More
