My Review of Honda Village:
The experience I had buying my pre-owned Honda Odyssey from Honda Village was smooth and uneventful, which is just how I like it. I attribute the success of my purchase to the helpful sales associate, Bob Mc Grath. Bob spent quite a bit of his time with me explaining the features and benefits of the Odyssey over the phone. This worked well for me because I was unable to spend multiple hours driving to different dealerships.

I was able to test drive the van, negotiate a price, and purchase it in around a hour. The next day, Bob drove the vehicle to NH for me so that I could take possession in my state of residence.

The only hiccup in the process was that the low beams didn't work the day after I took possession. I gave Bob a call, brought the van to the service department, and had a fuse fixed free of charge in a matter of minutes thanks to Tony and Calvin.

Couldn't be happier with my new ride and the service from Honda Village and Bob McGrath.

My Review of Honda Village:
My husband and I were shopping around for the best deal. We went to Honda Village and Bob actually took the time to show us what other salespeople did not. We were only interested in the bottom line (because we hate car shopping), but Bob wanted to go over the car to make sure we knew what we were buying. He showed us safety features that we were not aware of, like the moving headrests. He also demonstrated some really cool things that we can do with the the DVD system. We were introduced to the receptionist, the service manager, the sales manager, and everyone was friendly and eager to help. The entire dealership is genuinely happy in their work. Bob reduced what we thought would be a 2 week ordeal into a pleasant afternoon.

My Review of Honda Village:
Salesman Bob McGrath was great to work with. He made me feel comfortable and he accommodated MY schedule even if that was not convenient for him personally (I think it was actually his day off), which made me feel a special sense of attention to my needs.
I did not feel pressured or stressed by the process; Bob was throrough and clear throughout, making sure all steps were covered, and he has followed up by phone to make sure that my purchase has turned out to be all that I expected.
Other aspects of the purchase, in particular the payment/financing process, were handled also with the highest level of professionalism and consumer-friendly approach.
The overall atmosphere within the dealership was friendly and welcoming.

My Review of Honda Village:
My wife and I just purchased a certified pre-owned CRV yesterday and we are very happey with the whole process. Alex showed his professionalism to his work and was patient with the very request we have had. He is not pushy but friendly and nice. He is a good salesman. All the paperwork done by Manny is smooth without lots of pain and Manny got me a better APR than my banker, which made us very happy to save some money. BUT you have to read carefully about the forms you will sign as once you signed it, it is difficult to make changes again! We have to go back again to correct a form that has a line of words in SMALL font on the BOTTOM of the page for a program fee of $350! Otherwise, floor peolple are welcome and we even got the free popcorn! Generally we are satisfied with the whole experience there and would like to recommend the shopping to their service.

My Review of Honda Village:
I had a great experience. Was able to test drive two different models and discuss the pros and cons of one over the other as well as received detailed information on the different features available on the model that I preferred. We didn't do a ton of negotiating on the price, but I paid less than MSRP and got a fair deal. They gave me a great value on the trade in. They even took a car off of the dealer floor for me to test drive. When I said no to specific add-ons, there was no push back. This was by far the best experience I had buying a car.

My Review of Honda Village:
What an aweful experience! My wife and I went there looking for a used Civic. We were pleased with the selection but that was about it. When we first walked in, I asked to speak with someone from their fleet sales. They said no one was available, and so I agreed to talk to someone from their normal sales. It was 10 minutes later before anyone came to talk to us. From there, we saw several cars and found one that we liked. There was way too much back and forth on the price, and they were very pushy to have us sign the papers that night. In the end, we opted to buy a used Civic. Thats when all heck broke loose. That night, they told us that we were approved for a 5.29% loan. Great (i thought). We arranged for a pick up time two days later on Saturday. Friday we get a call from the dealership saying the car wont be ready because of a problem with the RMV registration, but that they would call Friday evening to confirm. Friday evening came and went. We called right as they were closing, got put on hold, and no one came back to answer our call. After 15 minutes on hold, we hung up. Then on Saturday, they called and said everything would be set for Monday, but that they would confirm on Sunday. Sunday came and went with no phone call. On Monday, I called at 5 to confirm that we could pick it up that evening, and was told everything was good and the car would be ready to go. When we showed up, the car wasnt ready because they had requested the wrong title ... and so we would have to wait another day. So we set up a time for Tuesday. On tuesday, when we show up, they tell us we have to resign all the loan paperwork because the loan we did have didnt go through. The new loan was at a rate of 5.79% ... half a percent higher than we were initially quoted! Luckily they were willing to decrease the price of the car so that our pmt stayed the same. So we get checked out and drive the car home. The next day we get a frantic call from the sales person who says we have to take back to them an envelope that was in the car console immediately. I was at work (about 50 min away) with the car when the call came in. I told them that I couldnt get it to them immediately, but that I would drop it off that evening. That evening, i did just that. The salesperson had left for the day, but I gave it to the front desk who said they would make sure she got it. Come to find out, it had the car title in it! I should have held onto it as ransom!!! Oh wait, it gets better. The next day, the sales person calls and yells at my wife because she didnt get the envelope the day before. She hadnt looked in her mailbox at the dealership yet! It was a massive hassle ... but at the end we were happy to be through with dealing with the dealership.

Fast forward 6 weeks ... its time for our first pmt on our loan to be due, but I havent gotten any information or any sort of a bill from the lein holder. So I call the lein holder, and they say that the loan was approved, but then they heard nothing from the dealership ... so they dont have a loan file for us. So now it has been 2 days with trying to call people at the dealership and only getting answering machines and never getting a call returned. What a joke of a dealership!!

Employee(s) Dealt With: Vartan

My Review of Honda Village:
My Honda Village experience was top notch from the moment I entered the dealership to driving off in my new Accord; I received so much more than I ever expected. The atmosphere is welcoming and it is a hype, drama and pressure-free environment. I was fortunate enough to deal with a great team, most especially my product savy and personable Sales Specialist, Vartan. This is my first Honda, so this was not a cut and dry sale and Vartan was attune to this. Always most generous with his time and patience, whether at the dealership or on the phone. I was treated as an individual, not just another sale, with my best interests in mind.

Word of mouth speaks volumes, and I cannot say enough about Honda Village. It is with the utmost confidence that I recommend them to former and future Honda and/or alternate brand owners. Their hours of operation are conducive to all, as well as the conveniences and perks they afford their clients. You'll find that your happiness and satisfaction is paramount.

My Review of Honda Village:
I stopped in to a Honda Dealership in another town and had a terrible experience. I was so upset at the way I was being treated, that I actually had to tell this person to back off. The next day I passed by your dealership with a friend and took her inside, so I could show her the car I wanted to buy. I had no intention of buying a car that day, but not long after I met Alex, everything changed. Alex actually talked to me instead of trying to sell me a car. We went on a ride and when we were done, Alex sat in the car with us and explained every bell and whistle in language I could understand. He never rushed us, and he never pressured me. I asked him to run some numbers for me and he was very happy to do so. He was with us for at least two hours or more, even knowing that I was not going to buy a car that day. His knowledge of the car was very impressive and his sincerity was staggering. I bought a car that day
and came back to pick it up a few days later. Once again, Alex spent well over an hour
showing me how to operate the car and all it's toys. I was so comfortable and so happy to have this beautiful car and proceeded to thank him over and over. Alex is without a doubt, the best salesperson I have ever dealt with and he made my experience
a happy one. And, may I add, all of the staff were wonderful, too. You are very lucky to have him at your dealership and anyone would be lucky to have him as their salesperson. Thanks Alex.I'm in sales too, and I know a good one when I see one. Make sure you ask for Alex and tell him Pam sent you The place is great!
