My Review of Honda Village:
I yesterday bought a used Honda CR-V from Honda Village. I found the price posted in their website was good. I called them and checked for the availability of the same.

When I reached the showroom and met James, the sales manager and he introduced Edgar as the sales person to further the process. Edgar was a very nice guy, treated us with respect and friendly. I test drove the vehicle and I liked it. He mentioned all the details and showed me the carfax and other maintenance records of the car.

We sat in the sales cabin started arriving at the details and even while bargaining for my price range, he was very cool and professional. To complete the negotiation Edgar got James to the table and we finalized the deal. The experience was totally cool and I never felt any kind of pressure or cheap tactics basically associated with a car purchase.

No additional add-ons forced on us after the price is finalized. Signed the basic papers required to agree on the purchase and then worked with the finance department. Since the financing is not as I expected, I said to the finance manager Ival that I will do that on my own, he said no problem and gave me the details required. I arranged my own loan and he was more than happy to complete the purchase without any issues. Though I did not finance with them, Ival gave me a good deal for the extended warranty.

The total experience was really enjoyable and I really appreciate Edgar and James for the way they made my car purchase a breeze.

My Review of Honda Village:
This is our 4th Honda and the 3d Honda purchased at Honda Village. We go there because of past experiences, not only with the sales teams that we have dealt most recetly and in the past, but with the service teams as well.

I have never had a bad experience with the folks at Honda Village and will continue to recommend people to Honda Village. We are customers for LIFE!!!

Thanks to Chris Wilcox and all the others involved in making our last purchase so easy.

My Review of Honda Village:
My purchase of a new Honda Odyssey was effortless. I contacted Honda Village for a lease quote. The quote was lower than others I researched. The quote included a detailed breakdown of all the charges.

I arrived at dealership, test drove vehicle, and purchased for quoted price. I was not pressured into any other cars, deals, etc... I just filled out paperwork and picked up new car in a week.

I recommend Honda Village and thank them for an easy car buying experience.

My Review of Honda Village:
I sold my car to Honda Village in 2008 and they never provided me with any docs or record of sale. It was registered with CA DMV at the time and I have received a notice of delinquent renewal several times despite having filed the appropriate paperwork on MY end of the sale. I've contacted the dealership several times to see what they are doing to remedy their side of the problem and they refuse to help with the matter, look up the record of the sale, and take any responsibility for the transaction. I asked them what their protocol is when a car is sold to them from a private seller and they claim there is no protocol and they are not partly responsible for reporting release of liability and bill of sale to the appropriate DMV. I beg to differ if they are reselling a car registered in CALIFORNIA to a buyer in MASSACHUSETTS.

These guys are simply useless and uncooperative. I would NEVER buy or sell with them again!

My Review of Honda Village:
I have never had a bad experience at Honda Village in Newton. Their customer service is excellant. They have an extremely busy service area but always take the time to answer a question or explain in layman's terms the problem with my car. The transport service is so convenient and allows me to go to work and not have to take a day off due to car repairs. Their driver Nick is very friendly and entertaining. Hats off to Honda Village! Management should be proud of their staff.

I found Honda Village to be very customer centric. They kept asking if there was anything else I needed. They provided me with a loaner car...very promptly and called me at my office when the repair was completed. Very efficient. They did not try to upsell me to other needless repairs...they seemed to be very interested in only doing what I needed.

My Review of Honda Village:
I have been a customer for over ten years. My husband and I both use the service department and now so does our new driving son with his second hand car. Their service department has the friendliest and most knowledgable service people and staff. They explain everything to you and you always feel you are getting top quality service and parts. It is one of the reasons we go back continually, send our family and friends to them and bought my CRV from them.

My Review of Honda Village:
I've owned 4 Hondas over the past 25 years or so. Honda Village has always been a pleasure to deal with at every level. You are doing something right as everyone has that "how can I help" attitude, plus they know their stuff.

I must single out the service area for above and beyond mention. I'm hardly a car person, but must say through many years of routine and emergency work, I have always been treated very well.

It is about both the car itself and the people behind it, and your service area is the reason I am a very satisfied customer.
