This was by far the best sales experience I have had at this dealership, or any dealership in the past 30 years. I have owned over 25 cars since 1980 (I'm a car junkie, I admit). 4 of these cars were Hon this dealership, or any dealership in the past 30 years. This salesman, Matt Taylor, was attentive without being pushy. I test drove 2 new cars, a CR-Z and a V-6 Accord Coupe, and I never felt like I was trying to "be sold" on one or the other, just informed about both. I can actually say that it was fun buying this car - who can say that? The finance person, Steve, was so wonderful, explaining GAP coverage and the extended warranty, then working figures with me over and over until we were able to figure out the best option for me. Again, everyone was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and never ever pushy. I highly recommend these indivuduals and this dealership for above and beyond customer service! And PS, I love my new 2012 Accord V6 Coupe, too! More
