Honda of Concord ROCKS! Our visits to Honda of Concord are always GREAT! Timbo Black is the BEST! All folks there are so great. Timbo treated us right! We will always ask for him. We KNEW we could trust him as soon as we started talking with him. In fact, I started kidding with him in the waiting room while our car was being serviced. Great sense of humor and fun. Then, we went to his desk and a "sweet" Honda Civic Coupe was showing on his computer. I asked him about it. (Our Honda Accord had 228,000 miles on it.) It served us well for 14 years. The new (to us) Honda Civic is Firetruck Red. It drives like a dream. Only 58,000 miles on it, Yes! We found the people there to be knowledgeable. This dealership is Christian based. That is what we found to be the best "deal" of all. None of the usual fears of being taken advantage of at all. Timbo is your man. We highly recommend him. While having my van serviced, I wandered on to the sales floor to see if it was time to switch to the Honda Pilot. Timbo Black offered his help and was extremely patient with me in explaining all of the differences and took me on a test drive. In the end, I was not ready to switch from my Odyssey, but there was no pressure from Timbo and he genuinely wanted me to be happy in the end. I commend Honda of Concord for keeping experienced sales people of staff that truly have your customers best interests at heart. It is the thing that will keep me coming back. More

Chris was AMAZING!!!! I went to Honda cars of Concord just to look and gain some information on the new HRV. He took me around the whole lot and showed me all the colors and interior choices. He was never once bothered by any questions. (There were a ton because he had me and my parents asking at the same time.). He made the process so easy for me!!! I am in love with my new car and am so happy with everything Chris taught me. He never once talked down to me, which as a second time has been the case everywhere else. I have told everyone I know about my experience with Chris and 100 percent recommend him. More
