A great experience! Robin at Honda of Concord was wonderful to deal with. We first met one afternoon when I came to look for a replacement for my totaled vehicle. I didn't have time to drive one, but Robin showed me all the "bells and whistles" on the Honda CRV. I told her I would be back. Several weeks later when circumstances permitted, I came back to the dealership and Robin, so that I could drive the CRV. I wanted to talk to my husband, so I told her I'd be back. That night, after my family discussion, I emailed her and told her to get the car ready because I would come by the next night to sign for the car. I showed up to finish the deal and just over an hour later, I was on my way home driving my new car. It was so easy and convenient!! I would recommend Robin and Honda of Concord to anyone interested in a great car at a great price. More

He was recently in an accident that totaled our previous Odyssey but it kept our family safe for years. After weeks of research, we found the car we were interested in. We set up an appointment to visit the dealership. Although our original sales consultant was not available when we arrived, Robin Owens was gracious to help us find exactly what we needed. We are looking for a family friendly car and Robin was sure to point out all of the family friendly features. She was gracious and attentive to our needs and NOT PUSHY at all which was a big plus. She gave us the information we needed to make an educated decision. She was very helpful when negotiating our best price as well. Overall, I feel that we were treated fairly and I appreciated the service that Robin provided to our family. I would highly recommend her and the dealership. More

No pressure sales, quick and efficient service dept and even when signing the paperwork, they actually make it painless! We drive almost an hour now to have my vehicle serviced just because it is like we are visiting our family. Have and will continue to recommend Honda of Concord to everyone I know. More

All I heard from him is "Mom I want a Dodge Charger!" Being a woman that has always owned Honda vehicles and knowing how reliable they are, I said I don't think it is a good idea to buy a used Dodge. I don't know a lot about Dodge, but according to the reviews, it wasn't the best choice for my son. After looking on Craig's List and at other dealerships, I convinced my son in going to Honda of Concord just to look around at their used inventory. I am very familiar with this dealership because I take my 2004 Honda there for service. We were greeted with a warm welcome and introduced to Ms. Wendy Previtire. She was very kind, patient and extremely helpful with us, knowing that this was my son's first car purchase. She showed us about 3 vehicles and surprisingly he picked a 2013 Honda Accord. They even let him drive the vehicle home on Sunday, while we worked out the financing. Wendy, thank you again for making my son's car buying experience a great one! You're are the BEST and I will refer all my friends to you! More
