Robin Owens made our experience such a pleasant one. We were looking for a used car for our 17 year old daughter. Robin understood the payment we wanted to make and didn't waste our time looking at cars our daughter couldn't afford. She was very thorough when going over the car and explaining to us what to look for to see if the car had been repainted or damaged. Of course we got the carfax from her but the information she shared with us can be carried forward to other car purchases. We didn't spend a lot of time sitting around and waiting for the financing and paperwork. Everything went smoothly. A very nice experience.
