Daniel went above & beyond to make sure u was taken care of when my Kia had to be serviced. I was given a loaner vehicle to drive while mine was being fixed! I had a "reserved" oil change appointment for 1 o'clock. I got there at 1, but didn't get the car until 2:15. When I made the initial appointment I asked the price of an oil change and was told it was $50-s I got there at 1, but didn't get the car until 2:15. When I made the initial appointment I asked the price of an oil change and was told it was $50-some dollars (they had the info on my car). The bill I recieved was $84.95. I had no proof of the price I was quoted, so I paid. A lousy experience all around. I wouldn't go near that service department again. More

Stay away from the service department. In one year we’ve had 3 bad experiences: wife’s van needed plugs at 100k miles but they said the piston rings needed replacing, $4700. Lied about com In one year we’ve had 3 bad experiences: wife’s van needed plugs at 100k miles but they said the piston rings needed replacing, $4700. Lied about compression when asked. Tested equal and adequate in all cylinders. Car is fine with no signs of piston ring failure. Son’s car: AC intermittently won’t turn on, no fan or anything. Said $1100 evaporator core. (That doesn’t run the blower) it was a $20 relay. Wife’s van: serviced transmission for vacation in the mountains. Got there and car started smoking bad on first big hill. Lifted hood and found transmission dipstick laying on top of engine. I called to complain and got “Oops! Sorry bout that” They had nothing to say about either false diagnosis. I drive to Baton Rouge for service now. More
