I took my 2010 Honda Accord in for an oil change and my service advisor Jae Chung informed me that I had a recall that I knew nothing about, other service departments I have taken my car to only informed o service advisor Jae Chung informed me that I had a recall that I knew nothing about, other service departments I have taken my car to only informed of things that would cost me, I found that to be refreshing and I need to get my car earlier than I thought and they kindly accomdated me without any hassle. I will be taking my car there from here on out and inform my friends and co-workers about this dealership's service department. I never take out time to right reviews but as I type this there is a smile on my face of relief and there is still good customer service on this earth. More

I was offered water and coffee, while I was waiting on my vehicle. For the amount of work that was needed on my vehicle, they sure got me in and out within 2 1/2 hours. All of my family members have Honda vehicles and we use downtown Honda to fix our cars. I recommend everyone, who has a Honda, to use Honda downtown LosAngeles for your service needs. Also, they have great deals going on right now, on new and use vehicles. I'm thinking about trading mine in, in the next six months. Keep up the great work Honda dwontown Los Angeles!!!!!!!!!!! More

The customer service I received was great. I was greeted right way and I was pleased with how my car was taken care of. So i came here and bought a car from them after they "agreed" over email to match another dealers offer. Of course, when i walked in, they started giving me the run aro "agreed" over email to match another dealers offer. Of course, when i walked in, they started giving me the run around and tried to sell me add on's to get the special 0.9% financing which was agreed upon earlier in writing via email. After a few hours of back and forth, they finally gave in. Mind you, i was already pissed off at this point for wasting my time. Now heres the kicker, the car was delivered to me with an issue already. The Shifter was faulty and it caused the ignition to lock the key and wouldn't release it. Of course the sales person kept telling me its a security feature, over and over again to save his own butt. Its clearly not a security feature when its a faulty shifter. So after 5 days of driving, i finally return to Honda of DTLA to get this issue fixed. The service guy immediately see's the problem and puts me in a rental car. 1 week passes by, part not in, 2 week passes by, part comes in... WRONG PART. 3rd week comes by... nothing.. i finally file a complaint to Honda corporate and they call the dealership and finally expedite the part over. 4 days later, i finally get my car back. I get my car, inspect it.. no damages. Check inside.. guess what? ITS FREAKING FILTHY AND DISGUSTING AND GREASE STAINS EVERYWHERE. Leather is all dirty, finger marks all over the interior. How the xxxx do you return a brand new car so dirty and filthy? or course, only poor customer service folks do that. After i point it out, they bring it to get it washed and cleaned. No apologies, nothing. After it was returned, there were still stains everywhere but not as noticeable. Leather was still dirty. At this point, i just left and didnt want to deal with a xxxx poor dealership like this ever again. You bet this is the last time i ever do business or refer customers to this dealership. More
