My wife's sun visor cracked after normal use (2009 Honda Civic). I believe that it was a Honda design flaw. I took it to Tipton Honda, expecting the Honda Company to reimburse Tipton and replace it. Service Mgr.) informed me that although many Honda automobiles made between 2007 & 2009 were covered, mine was not. I was dismayed with this revelation. Nevertheless, Adam advocated my case with management, and Tipton provided the needed part without charge. It was gratifying to see that there are still companies, such as Tipton, concerned with providing fine products and service to customers. More

I and my husband stop by about three weeks ago to see about some cars we had in mind. Within a short period of time I drove off the lot with the car I wanted and with more options and was still within my budget.
