Finance dept. Added 14k on the price of the vehicle my mother, who is almost 80 was buying. She didn't know what she was signing for. Meeting with the finance dept tmrw to straighten this out! My experience this time was very disappointing. After returning to the dealership after4 days to finalize my deal, I was told 1/2 way through paperwork that the price went up $2,000.
