Know hidden fees. The fellow that took care of us at closing never showed us any figures. He just kept telling us where to sign and did not explain anything. He did say we needed to take out gap insurance but I told him that I didn't want it but he pressured us into taking it. I also said I would like to finance the car for 3 years and he said it would be 4 percent if we took it for 6 years but more if we took it for less. Later we found out it was more than 4 percent for 6 years. He never showed us the closing figures that night. Never gave us any paperwork at closing. We never signed our car title either.and we still haven't signed it. I called the next day and told the receptionist that after sleeping on it that we do not want gap insurance and that we did not get any paper work at closing. She said we need to come in and sign a formal to cancel the gap insurance. Also they do not give paperwork but they have a flash drive that we get. I went home and looked at the closing and it was over 20,000.00. He put a service contract on it without our knowledge for 2700.00 and charged me for taxes and other closing cost. I went back but they never let me talk to the guy that did the closing. He was busy all the time with another client so they said. We signed a formal to cancel the service contract and the gap insurance. That never brought the deal down to the 15,500.00 we agreed to. Very disappointed in the way the closing was handled and I feel I was taken advantage of at closing. More

This dealership is simply a money machine. I flew down there to pick up a used car. The loan terms were not what I was told by the salesman. They will jack up your interest rate, and pressure you to buy there to pick up a used car. The loan terms were not what I was told by the salesman. They make their money in selling high interest rates and will BS you into thinking you can't find better rates. Please avoid this place. There are plenty of other options out there. I wasted $700 on flights to pick up a car only to find out the terms were not what I was told. Learn from my experience and do business elsewhere. There are many dealerships that will treat you better, avoid this one. More
