Salesman that sold me my car was great. The person that closed the deal with financing and all the paper work was not so good. He told us it would be 4 percent on the loan and it was 41/2 percent. I am very disappointed with my experience at Honda of Fort Myers. My salesperson was lackluster, disconnected and seemed like he didn’t care. He told me he had put the temporary plate on my new vehicle a Fort Myers. My salesperson was lackluster, disconnected and seemed like he didn’t care. He told me he had put the temporary plate on my new vehicle and when I got home all that was there was the placeholder “Honda” plate. I called to ask for a plate to be sent and no one ever responded. Then I found out I was lied to and charged without disclosure of charges once I got home and looked over my invoice which I was never shown and only got to see for the first time when I got home and plugged the thumb drive into my pc. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and will be attempting to further contact the dealer manager. More

Internet department told me there was manager pricing for the next few days. No such thing when I arrived. Manager told me he'd listen to the tape, disappeared the rest of the time. Rear left tire was low during test drive. Sales rep told me they'd put a new tire on. Several days later the tire was low again. They plugged it. Never changed it. So that was a lie... Showed up at 11:30, on time, for an appt I made to look at the vehicle. Checked in at front desk. For 45 minutes watched countless sales reps walk by me without saying a word. 45 minutes later a sales rep calls me asking if I was still coming in. Told him I'd been sitting up front the entire time. I'm not even going to discuss how the financing and paperwork went. My goodness. I spent a lot of time researching vehicles. They had the one that I wanted and the price was good. I got the truck I wanted. Still have to deal with a plugged tire that I was told was brand new. To summarize... Good price, but everything else was absolutely awful. More
