Save yourself from misery and buy a car elsewhere! I started when I went to the dealership to look at a car. The sales man could not find the key to the car for 3 days. I had an appt to drive the car started when I went to the dealership to look at a car. The sales man could not find the key to the car for 3 days. I had an appt to drive the car but the salesman neglected to communicate the lost key so I wasted 3 day s going in to try to drive the car. Once I drove and purchased the car, a new key was to be made. Upon arrival for vehicle pick up, I was told that the key maker did not show up to make the key. I arrived the next day when the key was finally made. Instead of making two keys (as is normal when purchasing a car) I was told I only get one and would have to have a second key made at my expense. I was not given the loan papers until I had to request them. The air in the tires on the car was incorrect at purchase time so I had to go back to the dealership again. Honda Fort Myers is not a user friendly dealer and I would not recommend this dealership. More

My salesperson was great to work with, other than the typical sales talk. My overall experience was pretty horrible. The place was disorganized, we had a hard time locating the cars that we went to see b typical sales talk. My overall experience was pretty horrible. The place was disorganized, we had a hard time locating the cars that we went to see because they did not have a proper system in place for tracking inventory. I went to purchase a car for a little over $12,000 and 8 hours later I found myself starving, exhausted and in the room with finance. They guy was more interested in talking about his personal life and trying to bypass the details. Instead of going over paperwork, I was rushed through some electronic signing screen. The guy told me to come back in 10 months and lower my interest rate and that I would being making 1/2 the payments that I was currently. When I mentioned this to the sales person, he told me that was not true. He said "we are not in the refinance business", "if you come back, they will just try to get you into another car!! Then why tell me that? Again trickery, that's all this was. I take full responsibility for not stopping the whole process and walking out. I basically felt tricked and taken full advantage of in trying to buy a nice cheaper car for my daughter. I stupidly ended up walking out owing double what the car was listed for. I could go on and on but the bottom line for me is, that I would not go back again! HUGE life lessen learned here! More
