Worst dealership experience. Left with major privacy concerns as they ran my credit WITHOUT my authorization and didn’t even give me any information on my financing options. I guess they just assume eve concerns as they ran my credit WITHOUT my authorization and didn’t even give me any information on my financing options. I guess they just assume everyone is just going to blindly sign their questionable credit check authorization form without reading it first (always read what you sign, especially at this place). Refused to work on the price at all due to their very high inventory of used cars and low sales count cause of COVID??? Yeah, lots of supply & demand sense there. Overcharge for every fee imaginable. Refuse to remove their bs “window tinting & nitrogen” fee which is ridiculous and unnecessary for a used car with already factory tinted windows! Needless to say, I did not make a purchase and would not even recommend this place to an enemy. If you are debating coming here, save yourself the headache and RUN the other way. Would also recommend you to lock or at least keep an eye on your credit/identity if you had the misfortune of dealing with this extremely unprofessional car dealership. Make sure to stay away from Patrick Greene (salesperson) or Jorge Sierra (sales manager) if you, for some reason, desperately have to make a purchase here and have no other alternatives. More

The entire process of getting our new Honda Accords was made so simple and educational, you begin to have faith again in good people who not only know how to listen, but care. James not only personally delivered our cars but took out the time to go through all the new electronics, complete the paperwork in less than five minutes and did it all with a smile.
