Enjoying my used Honda CR-V. Touring model car. Our Salesman, Drew was alright but made it hard to day she had m as he wore a flimsy mask and kept pulling it down and letting his nose out. Few of the sales force on the floor the two days I was there had masks on. Also beforedined all the doc, I I was reassur would be given a secon key fob. We were not and as we left I was assured he would first nd it and I could pick it up the next afternoon. Yesterday afternoon there was no key. Drew stated he would keep looking for it and I could drive out against and pick it up. I have no faith in him to look for it! I want the second key fob I was promised now. Do you suggest I go to the manager or what? We fulfilled our end and of the bargain and Honda has not! More
