I tried my hardest to buy a car from here. Literally for weeks I kept calling. When I finally spoke to someone they would, “call me back”. Then when I spoke to drew, it turned into a list of what he wouldn’ weeks I kept calling. When I finally spoke to someone they would, “call me back”. Then when I spoke to drew, it turned into a list of what he wouldn’t do for me. Then the moment I told him I’m outta state, it basically turned into him not being able to help me at all. With Autonation, Carvana, and Vroom out there I don’t understand where this dealership gets off making me feel inferior because I didn’t live in the state. I even told them I am ready to book a flight to head out there. I wasn’t going to even negotiate the price of the Mercedes. I was ready to buy. EVEN when drew was being a bit rude and over bearing and pushy I didn’t mind. EVEN when they told me that for some reason only THEY could finance cars, I was fine with it. My credit score is well enough to get the lowest rates available so I figured I would still be able to get a reasonable rate with them. But nope. I tried calling around 15 times, and either no answer, or “they’ll call you back”. When you do get through to someone realize you’ll be bounced around 100 times back and forth. But you will know they have a new dealership and it’s top of the line! So top of the line their customers suffer and pay the price. Still looking for a Mercedes. I have a Carvana one arriving tomorrow for the 7 day test drive. What’s crazy is Carvana is a mobile online retailer and they were SOOOO much more helpful than this dealership. Carvana is the Amazon of today. Where Honda of Ft. Myers is the Sears of yesterday. Sadly I would have much rather flown to Ft. Myers to get a car and support (even if crazy dealer fees apply) brick and mortar than go with mobile online venue. But with the poor treatment and horrible attitude, this dealership won’t ever beat Carvana. And that’s sad. More
