I purchased a 2019 Hyundai from Honda of Fort Myers. My son drove it home, and I later took it for a drive and realized the brakes were bad. My local mechanic determined it needed rotors all around. I emailed the dealership and expressed my disappointment with selling me a car that needed brakes. Jeff LaBerge called me within a day and offered to fix it. I told him I had already had the reapirs done, and Jeff was able to reimburse me for the brake repairs. He turned a negative situation positive, and I will definitely be buying from Honda of Fort Myers in the future. Thank you Jeff! More

Extremely Disorganized We have gotten our last two cars from this dealership (at the old location) & have had no issues. However, that was not the case today. We asked to see NEW Passports & Pilots to do a comparison of them. Instead, we were sent to wander the lot. After wandering a very large lot, we could not find the new cars. We talked to someone and he said the new cars were at another lot. Why? I don't understand. If it is a Honda dealer, my expectation would be to see Hondas, not every other type of car. We ended up waiting for our salesperson to talk to him about seeing what we wanted to see & then were told that we would have to go to another lot to see them. He left to go get a car to take us there. After standing around for another 10 minutes, we decided to leave. We were stopped by a sales manager (standing in front of the exit door) to find out the issue. We explained it to him, but he just said "that's the way we do things now." He was frustrated when he realized that we weren't going to take his explanation. In total, we were there over 30 minutes and had not even see what we came to look at. We left & went to Coconut Point Honda where we were treated very well and were test driving a Pilot in under 10 minutes. We did not buy today but are planning to and will definitely go back to Coconut Point Honda where we were provided excellent customer service! More
