The financial manager was not honest with me while going over my contract. He took advantage of my lack of knowledge/buying experience and also insulted me from the very beginning. It was a very demeaning e over my contract. He took advantage of my lack of knowledge/buying experience and also insulted me from the very beginning. It was a very demeaning experience. I had to go back to the dealership two additional times because the numbers weren’t adding it. Come to find that over 2k was added to the original asking price. When I brought it up to the second finance manager who helped me , he said he could only assist if I paid an additional 2,100. He never actually assisted ... it took an additional manager to find the discrepancy. I am incredibly unhappy with my experience. More

I enjoyed working with Adrian on my purchase. It was a little frustrating to bring a company check and find that it would not be accepted for some reason which didn't make any sense to me. I had to go back to the dealership a couple different times and in the end just took a cashier's check. Other than that it was a pretty smooth process. I was told the car that I bought had not been in an accident but at the time of purchase and signing the forms I was told it was but it was minor. I still bought the car.
