Paige in sales was excellent. She was very patient and helpful. There was a great selection of cars and the prices were good. However they end up making the price difference up in various fees, services helpful. There was a great selection of cars and the prices were good. However, he told us one number on an added warranty, used DocuSign and scrolled past the actual numbers, only showed a monthly payment. Then, we got home and almost an extra $3,000 was added to the price of the warranty. Also you can only finance through them so their rates are wait higher than you would get anywhere else (they tell you to refinance within 90 days). Very shady! Also, during the time of covid there was absolutely no care or concern for cleanliness. Many employees did but wear masks, or wore them hanging from their badge. There was no sanitizing of the cars, tables, chairs, or anything for that matter after guests. There is one hand sanitizer at the front of the building and that's it. Car buying is always a long process but this dealership is so busy that you will not feel like they value you. More
