Finanace deptartment is absolute garbage. They are just harder selling version of the sales team with the stupid extended warranty. My wife and I told the finance manager, Eric Serrano, that we didn't want harder selling version of the sales team with the stupid extended warranty. My wife and I told the finance manager, Eric Serrano, that we didn't want the extended warranty but he pressured us extremely hard about it. Eventually we just eneded up saying yes because we had been in there talking to him for like 2 bours and just wanted to go home. He also told us that the maintenance contract was valid at any Honda Dealer, which it is NOT as our local Honda dealer does not honor it. Been trying to call him to cancel it for the past couple of days now and the coward has been ghosting me and not returning my calls. The sales staff was great but the Finance Dept is a bunch lying, upselling, snakes. Would reccomend everyone avoid this place solely for that reason. Wish I could remember the sales member I spoke with to give him a shoutout but sadly I do not. More
The salesmen were great Patrick Greene and Chris Judge.. once we went to finance department we met with Anthony. He tried everything to meet our needs, however we left without paperwork and were told to com once we went to finance department we met with Anthony. I contacted both Patrick and more so Chris our sales guys to have our finance guy Anthony call me. He NEVER returned my call. I asked if he could at least just email my information... he NEVER emailed me. I was talking with Chris who was in his office at the time and said Anthony was going to call at that time.... he NEVER called me nor any days later. Finally went in to speak with him and he wasnt there so another fiance guy met with us and printed our itemized contract and tried to explain it to us. We noticed the sales price if the car was not the one we agreed on with Patrick as Patrick had said he could honor the car guru.com price. The finance guy left Anthony a note to call us back so we could discuss with him and he NEVER called us back. We actually watched the other finance guy place the note on his desk!! I'm pregnant due any day with another child and live in Cape. I dont have time to keep coming back to hunt down this Anthony because he can't take 10 minutes to contact me! We still have not gotten any information on our warranty. Just unprofessional... Chris Judge however went out of his way many times to get Anthony to contact us. More

There’s a lot to be said about customer service after the sale.......I made multiple attempts to reach someone who could address & resolve my concerns. In reviewing the financial documents I discovered addit sale.......I made multiple attempts to reach someone who could address & resolve my concerns. In reviewing the financial documents I discovered additional “up charges” that were added without discussion or my approval, as well as a discrepancy with the purchase price. It took two days to get a returned call. While they agreed to correct & modify the differences found, I have yet to receive copies of the paperwork reflecting the changes for my records. It shouldn’t be that difficult to follow through....we made the sale easy, but bottom line, “they dropped the ball”. My advice; REVIEW your documents thoroughly.....it’s too easy to be hurried through the process and overlook costly errors. Hoping this will prompt some action in getting the modified documents in hand that I was promised.....STILL WAITING! More

Overall pretty good experience pleasant atmosphere, clean place, friendly staff. Sales person (Chris Judge) was great. I had an excellent experience here back in Thanksgiving 2017 when I bought a Civic that we decided to come back to buy our next HRV here. Alejandro Mora was excellent even though he’s just new. Jorge talked with us smoothlyand truly made us happy. Even with Jonathan Noda with the technology involved with the Finincing! As well as K.... who called out insurance up! It was worth the 5 hour drive and our next Honda Accord will be bought here as well. We will be repeat customers and we will keep referring to our friends around FL! Good teamwork!!! More
The sales force and vehicles are amazing. However, the financial department is full of thieves. We wanted to pay cash but were told that wasn’t an option due to ____ (insert excuse as we were told 3) and financial department is full of thieves. We wanted to pay cash but were told that wasn’t an option due to ____ (insert excuse as we were told 3) and were charged $5000 more than agreed upon (were told had to sign forms in triplicate which was completely untrue). Then when we spoke to the manager about what happened he was completely unconcerned and did no investigation at all. I would hate to know how many people this has happened to. Additionally we were charged $300 for tinting that was never completed- in fact the car had never even been in the service department so the $999 dealership fee was also fraud. I understand that car salesmen are not the most trustworthy but this was an entire new level. More
